Davidsans Japanese Maples

This is NOT to be confused with Kuri jishi it is totally different in every way!! This is a recent Japanese introduction as far as centuries. It was produced in 1980. It looks like a dwarf so I am characterizing it as so but I am not sure. It has rolling short leaves like the Fireball, Royale etc but is not a witches broom . Although the leaves are short and in bunches just off branches and up and down them. The leaves themselves are pointed and fairly thin compared to the above mentioned. This looks like a really winner to me
