Acer palmatum Nomura nishiki

Acer palmatum Nomura nishiki

. It's brilliant color in spring and even more boffo in fall make this tree an all around winner. This is a superior re Jm in every aspect. Many think this is the same as Musashino but I find it to be smaller but with similar characteristics but holds color better in full sun..I don't see it as the same tree . Of all the trees I had in the intense full sun summer of 2012 . This tree did better than most all reds with very little leaf burn .. I highly recommend this super hardy very pretty upright cultivar.
