Acer japonicum Oregon Fern

Acer japonicum Oregon Fern

This is suppose to be a big tree but I've never seen it over 5 feet tall. It seems to be a slow grower to me at least here. So I would feel comfortable planting it in many sittings unless you are about 20 years old now and plan on living where you’re at for a long time. I do so love this tree. All season long it never fails to please. And in fall it’s a knockout. This is a must have for any JM’ster. But take care with the water it doesn’t like wet feet.
