Acer palmatum Sao Shika
Star shaped bright green foliage set this super cool Amoenum apart. It's
leaves are thin almost transparent allowing them to easily be backlit
by sun for an outstandingly different look. Its leaves stand out
horizontally so it looks layered and older branches are bright green. It
becomes a tall shrubby bush but you can trim it to be just a multi
branched small tree/shrub. This one is a stunner. About 10' x 10' at ten years.
