Acer palmatum Uncle Ghost
Similar to the Amber Ghost . Forms a really pretty shrub like tree . Has great spring and fall color and seems to have a bit longer less compact leaves than the amber Ghost … Very nice…you really can’t go wrong with any of the Ghost series. A bit of shade is a good idea with all of them. Some say they are all a bit tender which I have not found to be true but keeping any Ghost a bit protected is probably a good idea. It has dark red bark.
