Davidsans Japanese Maples

An upright deciduous tree with a narrow crown when young, broadening with age. Green spring and summer leaves give way to vivid yellow fall color. A male selection, which nevertheless can produce fruit some years. Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. 10' tall x 3' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -30 degrees.  zone 4.
